Abstract:

一种可充放电水系铝离子电池及其制备工艺,属于电池技术领域,所述水系铝离子电池主要包含正极、负极、电解液和隔膜,其中正极材料为水钠锰矿型锰酸盐,负极为金属铝及其合金,电解质为三氟甲基磺酸铝水溶液,加上隔膜组成原电池体系。所述水钠锰矿锰酸盐MxMnOy·nH2O,(M为金属阳离子),层间距为0.72nm左右,晶格水存在于层间。本发明所提及的二次铝离子电池容量高(530mAh g‑1, 相对于水钠锰矿锰酸盐),放电电位平台适宜(1.0‑1.4V vs.Al3+/Al),其相应的正极能量密度也非常可观(530‑740Wh g‑1),材料来源广泛,制备容易,组装简易,成本低,绿色环保。
