Abstract:

一种聚四氟乙烯多孔膜亲水改性方法,属于膜技术领域。将聚四氟乙烯多孔膜用乙醇清洗去除膜表面杂质,干燥后进行电晕处理,使膜表面产生活性基团;将处理后的PTFE膜置于含氟碳表面活性剂的聚电解质溶液中,氟碳表面活性剂浓度为0.6wt%~1.2wt%,聚电解质浓度为0.5wt%~3wt%,浸渍反应20~180min后,将膜取出,用去离子水清洗干净,真空干燥,即得到亲水性聚四氟乙烯多孔膜。本发明得到的聚四氟乙烯多孔膜的亲水性良好,对水接触角达10°以下,且亲水性持久,且具有良好的抗污染性。
