Abstract:

一种高强度高导热的碳纳米管增强镁锌铝基复合材料,其屈服强度为271MPa‑308MPa,抗拉强度为343MPa‑382MPa,热导率为96W/(m·K)‑140W/(m·K),兼具低合金化、高强度和高热导率的特点。该镁基复合材料主要通过粉末冶金法制备,将纯镁粉、锌粉、铝粉与碳纳米管按比例混合压制成块后进行热处理、热挤压和时效处理,最终得到碳纳米管增强的镁锌铝基复合材料。本发明提供的镁基复合材料具有高的强度和热导率,在航空航天、汽车、3C等领域具有广泛的应用前景。
