Abstract:

一种可调谐注入锁定有机半导体激光放大器,属于有机光电子和纳米光子技术研究领域。 其设计为:在石英玻璃衬底的上表面设置光刻胶光栅模板,在光刻胶光栅模板的顶面填充一层有机半导体增益介质材料。 有机半导体DFB微腔由石英玻璃衬底,光刻胶光栅和有机半导体增益介质组成。 因此, 实现了一种高效,小型化的有机半导体激光放大器。放大后的飞秒脉冲激光输出具有高的远场模质量, 发散角小,输出激光波长可控,可调谐,对有机半导体激光器件,微腔激光器技术,激光放大技术的发展具有重要意义。 -1/8图14。 1
