Abstract:

一种基于纸纤维衬底的SERS基底,属于等离激元纳米光子学和光学传感技术领域。在纸纤维衬底表面上粘附有表面包覆四辛基溴化铵的金纳米颗粒,形成检测区域,在一个纸纤维衬底表面上有多个检测区域,多个检测区域形成阵列结构。金纳米颗粒的粒径为100‑160nm;在检测区域内金纳米颗粒之间具有空隙。基于常见的纸质纤维和常规化学方法合成的表面包覆有四辛基溴化铵的金纳米颗粒胶体以及低温热处理过程。而其光物理学特性、SERS性能和检测灵敏度可以达到目前高端制备技术的水平。
