Abstract:

一种铋改性二氧化钛纳米管阵列电极的制备方法,属于光电催化领域。本发明首先采用阳极氧化法,以钛片作为阳极,铂片作为阴极,将加入氟化铵的乙二醇‑水混合溶液作为电解质溶液,在钛片表面制备二氧化钛纳米管;在清洗并干燥后,将其放置于马弗炉中煅烧,得到二氧化钛纳米管阵列电极。然后将二氧化钛纳米管阵列电极放入氯化铋盐酸溶液中进行水热反应,制得铋改性二氧化钛纳米管阵列电极。改性后的电极增强了二氧化钛对可见光的响应能力,实现了在可见光下的光电催化氧化能力。
