Abstract:

一种应用于锂离子电池负极的Li21Si5与石墨烯复合材料的制备,属于锂离子电池富锂负极材料领域。将石墨烯和纳米硅粉倒入乙醇中形成混合溶液超声分散,充分混合均匀;随后抽滤、烘干混合粉末;称取金属锂片,随后将混合粉末与金属锂交替层叠放于模具中,然后通过放电等离子烧结技术同时实现硅的锂化和结构致密化。该方法使石墨烯在Li21Si5中具有良好的分散性保证了大量的结合良好的两相界面,使石墨烯对于Li21Si5电化学性能的促进作用更加显著。
