Abstract:

本发明涉及激光熔覆表面强化技术领域,具体涉及一种调控多组元激光熔覆层应力的方法,包括以下步骤:向激光熔覆用含Ti的多组元预合金粉末中加入Cr3C2陶瓷粉末。本发明还提供了一种激光熔覆方法,其优选的工艺参数为:激光功率1400‑2000W,扫描速率4‑9mm/s,光斑直径4‑6mm,氩气流量15‑20L/min,送粉率8‑12g/min,搭接率35‑50%。本发明通过向含Ti的多组元预合金粉末中加入Cr3C2陶瓷粉末,进行原位反应提高了熔覆层的断裂韧性,降低了熔覆层中的残余应力,同时熔覆层的耐磨性和耐蚀性也得到了提升。
