Abstract:

本发明提供了基于操作手杖的可拆装式纵向模态导波磁致伸缩传感器,主要包括操作手杖和鼠笼式磁致伸缩传感器两部分。其中鼠笼式磁致伸缩传感器由两个对称的C型元件组成。移动轨与连杆以位移调节螺母相连,旋转位移调节螺母沿连杆前后移动时,实现对管的夹持或从管上拆除。鼠笼式磁致伸缩传感器的单个C型元件主要包括铁钴合金壳笼、方块形永磁铁环阵和月牙型检测线圈。当鼠笼式磁致伸缩传感器夹持在待测管上后,可激励产生纵向模态超声导波,通过C型元件内表面固化的环氧树脂层耦合至管中。该发明的操作手杖可将传感器安装到人手难以接触到的管上,进行管缺陷的检测,解决实际工程的检测难题。
