Abstract：
一种铝镁硅铒锆合金及提高高温力学性能的制备工艺，属有色金属合金技术领域。合金成分：Mg：0.8～1.2％、Si：0.7～1.3％、Mn：0.4～0.9％、Cu：0.05～0.2％、Er：0.01～0.4％、Zr：0.01～0.4％，余量为Al；铸锭进行双级均匀化热处理，300℃±20℃保温8‑10h，再升至565℃±20℃保温6‑8h，或400℃±20℃保温8‑10h，再升至565℃±20℃保温6‑8h；进行变形加工，变形加工前先在485℃±20℃保温1h，变形量为90％；进行350℃±20℃保温3h退火处理与冷加工成型处理，随后进行固溶处理和时效处理。本发明所得合金材料具有好的常温及高温力学性能。
