Abstract:
一种铝镁硅铒锆合金及提高高温力学性能的制备工艺,属有色金属合金技术领域。合金成分:Mg:0.8~1.2%、Si:0.7~1.3%、Mn:0.4~0.9%、Cu:0.05~0.2%、Er:0.01~0.4%、Zr:0.01~0.4%,余量为Al;铸锭进行双级均匀化热处理,300℃±20℃保温8‑10h,再升至565℃±20℃保温6‑8h,或400℃±20℃保温8‑10h,再升至565℃±20℃保温6‑8h;进行变形加工,变形加工前先在485℃±20℃保温1h,变形量为90%;进行350℃±20℃保温3h退火处理与冷加工成型处理,随后进行固溶处理和时效处理。本发明所得合金材料具有好的常温及高温力学性能。
