Abstract:

一种立方钙钛矿结构单相多铁材料,涉及新型功能材料领域。立方钙钛矿结构单相多铁材料其化学式为BiMn3Fe4O12,其晶体结构为立方钙钛矿结构,属于立方晶系,空间群为IM‑3,晶胞参数为其磁结构为共线的G型反铁磁构型(即在a、b、c三个方向均为反铁磁耦合),其铁电极化方向为方向,铁电极化值为39~220μC/m2,相比同类材料,其铁电极化值可提高一个数量级以上。
