Abstract:

一种碳化钛/双相不锈钢复合粉末及其熔覆层制备方法,属于激光熔覆表面强化技术领域。将碳化钛(TiC)粉末加入AISI 431双相不锈钢粉末中,机械混合均匀后得到粒径为20μm‑90μm的复合粉末,TiC质量百分含量为15‑30wt.%,余量为AISI 431双相不锈钢粉末。激光熔覆工艺参数为:激光功率2000W‑3500W;光斑为5×5mm矩形光斑;保护气使用氩气,气流量12L/min‑18L/min;扫描速率4mm/s‑10mm/s;送粉率12g/min‑18g/min;搭接率为50%。本发明得到的熔覆层耐磨性和耐腐蚀性能显著提升,能快速制备大面积的熔覆层。
