Abstract:

一种可调谐注入锁定有机半导体DFB微腔激光放大器,属于有机光电子学和纳米光子技术研究领域。包括石英玻璃基底,在石英玻璃基底的上表面设有光刻胶光栅模板,光刻胶光栅模板上表面填充有一层有机半导体增益介质材料,同时有机半导体增益介质材料的下表面也形成光栅结构,石英玻璃基底、光刻胶光栅模板、有机半导体增益介质材料构成有机半导体DFB微腔。实现一种高效、微型化的有机半导体激光放大器件,获得了远场模式质量高、发散角小、输出激光波长可控、可调谐的飞秒脉冲激光放大输出,对有机半导体激光器件、微腔激光技术、激光放大技术的发展具有重要作用。
