Abstract:

基于类等离子体透镜效应调控晶硅表面波纹结构的方法属于飞秒激光应用技术领域。该方法采用单个倍频后基频飞秒激光脉冲预先在镀有贵金属薄膜的基底硅上加工出金属纳米环结构,之后采用第二束单个传统基频高斯飞秒激光脉冲作用于纳米环结构上,在贵金属纳米结构的类等离子体效应作用下,实现基底晶硅表面圆环形同心波纹结构的加工。当采用线偏振飞秒激光脉冲时,所加工波纹结构呈半圆环分布,波纹对称轴垂直于激光偏振方向;当采用圆偏振飞秒激光脉冲时,所加工波纹结构呈中心对称的圆环分布形态。本发明提出了实现高效精确的表面周期性微纳结构形态的控制,在表面浸润性及图像存储等方面具有至关重要的应用价值。
