Abstract:

一种提高热泵‑膜蒸馏热效率的方法,属于膜分离装置领域。一种提高热泵‑膜蒸馏热效率的方法,将内径为1.1mm‑5.0mm聚偏氟乙烯中空纤维膜,并制备成膜组件,将膜组件用于热泵‑单效或多效膜蒸馏集成系统,通过改变膜丝尺寸和膜的装填密度、让膜两侧的流体流速尽量接近。在热泵和膜的冷、热侧热负荷均接近的条件下,让膜两侧的流体流速尽量接近,减小传热热阻。本方法简单,成本低廉,环境污染小。
