本发明公开了一种基于反距离权重法修正CMM空间任意点坐标误差的方法,属于精密测试技术领域。基于该测量方法首先利用激光追踪仪多站位测量技术获取三坐标测量机(Coordinate Measuring Machine,简称CMM)空域中被测点的三维坐标值,通过TRAC CAL软件处理数据进而获取修正值。获得修正值后利用反距离权重(Inverse Distance Weighting,IDW)算法求得空域中每一点的修正值,从而进一步提高CMM的测量精度。
