Abstract:

一种半主动型磁流变液固混合隔振器,属于低频振动控制技术领域,由隔振模块和能量循环模块组成。隔振模块由波纹管和磁流变阻尼器构成,能量循环模块由下端板内的压电叠堆和磁流变阻尼器构成。装置主要由波纹管、承载板、支承连杆、上端盖、下端盖、底板、螺栓、磁流变阻尼器、U型扣、压电叠堆和柔性块组成。支承连杆与承载板螺纹连接同时与下端盖连接,下端盖与波纹管焊接,波纹管与上端盖为螺纹连接,上端盖与底板之间采用U型扣与磁流变阻尼器螺栓相连。当荷载作用于承载板时,通过连杆的传力作用传递至波纹管,波纹管内充满不可压缩的液体和弹性单元体来提供刚度变化,同时磁流变阻尼器提供合适的阻尼力,以此完成低频隔振。
