Abstract:

本发明公开了一种高速开关阀控制柔性机械爪系统装置及控制方法,系统装置由潜水电机将液体输送到水压柱塞泵中,节流阀加压后通过高速开关阀进入水压柔性机械爪,进而驱动软体驱动器变形,使系统执行机构产生动作。与工控机连接的调制器既用于传递工控机的PWM信号控制高速开关阀工作,又用于接收软体驱动器上力传感器接收的力信号并反馈给工控机。采用电液数字控制技术的高速开关阀启闭迅速、重复精度高、互相独立工作,能够实现对柔性机械爪系统装置的高精度连续控制。
