Abstract：
一种氰化尾渣焙烧回收有价金属同步制备陶粒的方法，将氰化尾渣、膨润土、氯化钙、煤粉和钠长石按一定重量比进行球磨混合，得到混合料；造粒，烘干后两次焙烧，将焙烧得到的烟尘进行收尘处理，得到多金属烟灰，进行集中处理；二次焙烧料进行冷却，得到陶粒。通过合理配料，在氰化尾渣焙烧和烧结过程中挥发回收有价金属并直接制备得到陶粒，达到氰化尾渣资源化回收和利用的效果。
