Abstract:

本发明公开一种用于信贷风险监测的融合深度信念网络的孤立森林分类方法,采用深度信念网络(Deep Belief Network)实现对高维数据的特征学习,获得原始数据集的最优的低维表示;结合具有线性的时间复杂度,适用于异常检测的无监督学习算法‑孤立森林算法。最后通过粒子群优化算法和模拟退火算法实现对孤立森立算法重要参数的优化,形成最终的用于信贷风险监测的DBN‑iForest模型,对贷款违约进行识别。
