Abstract:

本发明涉及一种基于CNT纤维力阻性能制作的柔性应变传感器及实验方法,该传感器由柔性外壳、水平纤维铺层、垂直纤维铺层、导电银胶、铜丝接线点、CNT纤维和粘贴面组成;本发明基于CNT纤维力阻性能制作的柔性应变传感器可以解决被测试件发生大变形时纤维易被拉断及无法同时测得多个方向形变的问题,使得整个被测试样在测试过程中大幅减小实验误差。同时,本发明的柔性外壳可以将基体牢牢固定在被测物体表面,可以解决因粘结不牢固导致实验数据不准确的问题。本传感器有着明确的应变电阻对应关系,可精确地得出物体的形变量。
