Abstract:

本发明涉及一种钎焊不锈钢用Ag‑Cu/W纳米多层膜钎料的制备方法。所述的多层膜钎料中银占16.7‑37.5%,铜占12.5‑33.3%,钨占50%。采用磁控溅射法交替溅射银铜层和钨层。银铜层由银靶和铜靶两个靶材同时溅射,钨靶用一个靶材单独溅射。每层银铜层厚度为8nm‑14nm,每层W层厚度小于10nm。银铜层中Ag与Cu的原子比例是0.5 : 1到3 : 1之间。交替沉积200‑400周期,最终总薄膜厚度4μm‑8μm。本发明不会造成钎料不匀,此外,钎料厚度可通过溅射周期轻松控制。利用纳米粒子的降低熔点效应,使得纳米微粒的熔点急剧下降。钎焊时,反应层能与基体形成低熔点的共晶或亚共晶组织,有效降低钎焊温度。
