Abstract:

本发明公开了一种弱化气膜波动的气腔结构,该结构为一种减弱气旋现象的静压轴承的气腔结构。空气经过压缩机压缩后经节流孔流入气腔结构,形成稳定的压力区域,在气腔与气膜的连接处由于气腔的高度远大于气膜厚度,在此处气体的流动方向又会发生90度改变,所以在气腔与气膜的交界处会出现气旋现象。本发明的结构特征是在圆锥台型的气腔结构内部设置内槽结构,来减弱气体的气旋现象。本发明结构简单、运行稳定、可靠性高,进一步提高了静压轴承的应用精度和气浮工作台的加工精度。
