Abstract:

聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯作为锂\钠离子电池有机负极材料的应用,属于电池材料领域,将PET材料、二价金属硝酸盐加入有机溶剂溶液中,持续搅拌使二价金属硝酸盐完全溶解;混合溶液转移至不锈钢高压反应釜与鼓风烘箱中,加热,自然冷却后将产物过滤洗涤,真空干燥,得到PET粉末或PET衍生复合材料;有机溶剂选自N‑甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)或者N‑N二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)。该锂\钠离子电池有机负极材料采用PET及其复合物作为锂\钠离子电池负极的活性物质,该活性物质原材料非常丰富、成本非常低,可以经过废物回收利用通过绿色加工而来,使得锂\钠电池有机电极材料的整个循环过程真正的实现绿色可持续发展。
