Abstract:

一种稻壳灰与硫酸钛制备脱硝催化材料的方法属于环境材料、环境催化及环境保护领域。本发明以稻壳灰和硫酸钛为原料,采用NaOH溶解,调节pH值的方法,添加锰盐制备成脱硝催化材料的方法,所述的催化材料采用农业废弃物,实现废物资源化利用;制备的脱硝催化材料成本低,工艺简单,流程短,适用于工业化生产;低温脱硝活性高,在200℃—300℃范围内,脱硝率可以达到90%以上。本发明不仅解决了稻壳灰对环境的潜在危害,保护环境,制得的低温脱硝催化材料带来了巨大的社会效益。
