Abstract:

一种提高碳纳米管增强镁基复合材料力学性能的方法,属于金属基复合材料制备技术领域。步骤为:将制得的碳纳米管增强基复合材料放入热处理中,通入保护气体,并加热至450℃~630℃,保温0.5h~120h,然后随炉冷却、空冷或水淬处理,从而制得力学性能被显著提高的碳纳米管增强镁基复合材料。该制备方法具有工艺简便、环境污染小等优点,并且可有效解决碳纳米管在镁基复合材料中界面结合弱的问题,可明显提高复合材料的力学性能。
