Abstract:

本发明公开了一种用于导体套管间接触状态评价的非线性超声导波检测方法,首先依次制备六种不同状态的导体套管,基于非线性超声检测系统hanning模式下激励单一纵向对称L(0, 2)模态。采用对通过接触界面的端面反射回波的FFT分析方法,得到不同状态下的频谱图。同时提取不同状态下的二次谐波和三次谐波幅值进行分析。结果表明,随着接触压力的增大,二次和三次谐波幅值都呈现递减趋势。最后,根据高次谐波幅值对不同导体套管接触状态进行表征,结果表明,高次谐波幅值可以实现导体套管不同接触状态进行表征。
