Abstract:
一种新型高温钛合金成分设计及多向锻造工艺,属于钛合金技术领域。本发明要解决钛合金在650℃抗拉强度和延伸率差的问题。由质量分数为Al:6.5~7.5%,Sn:2~3%,Zr:6~9%,Mo:0.2~1%,W:0.5~1.4%,Nb:0.5~1.5%,Si:0.2~0.3%,Er:0.1~0.3%和余量为Ti制成。本发明高温钛合金的锻造工艺为多向模锻。本发明制造的高温钛合金锻坯在650℃下抗拉强度为615MPa, 延伸率为47%。
