Abstract:

本发明公开一种事故容错核燃料包壳TiCrNiAlSi/ZrC涂层及制备方法,利用激光微熔覆技术,在核燃料包壳锆合金管上制备一层TiCrNiAlSi/ZrC涂层,从而达到提高其抗氧化性能的目的。涂层成分的质量百分比为:11~16%Ti,20~27%Cr,5~8%Al,3~6%Si,1~3%Ni,40~60%ZrC。激光器功率为60~150W,光斑直径为60‑150μm,激光扫描速度为400~700mm/min,搭接率为15%~30%,送粉器送粉速率为1.5~3.5g/min,保护气氩气流量为3~6L/min,粉末束流与激光束夹角为50°~75°。得到与基体冶金结合良好、无气孔、裂纹等缺陷的熔覆层。该方法具有光束质量集中,光斑尺寸小,形成的熔池细小,对基体的热影响小,基体变形小等优势。
