Abstract:

一种银掺杂铜锌锡硫薄膜太阳能电池吸收层的制备方法,属于光电材料技术领域。该方法工艺过程简单,并且能够制备出成分可控的吸收层薄膜。该方法主要包括以下步骤:1)将镀钼的钠钙玻璃依次在丙酮、乙醇、异丙醇与稀盐酸中超声清洗干净,然后用去离子水冲洗干净;2)采用磁控溅射在衬底表面溅射一层金属Ag;3)使用电化学顺序沉积的方法在Ag层上顺序沉积Cu/Sn/Cu/Zn金属层;4)对金属预制层进行预退火处理;5)对预退火后的薄膜进行硫化退火,获得银掺杂的铜锌锡硫吸收层。通过光电化学测试发现采用该方法制备的银掺杂铜锌锡硫吸收层相比于未掺银的铜锌锡硫吸收层,其光电特性得到了明显提升。
