Abstract:
一种高强度高延伸率高温钛合金及其制备工艺,属于钛合金技术领域。由Al:5%‑7%、Sn:3%‑5%、Zr:4%‑6%、Mo:0.3%‑1.0%、Nb:0.5%‑0.8%、Ta:1%‑3%、Si:0.4%‑0.5%、C:0.01%‑0.1%、Er:0.1%‑0.2%和余量的Ti制成。称取的原材料,采用水冷铜坩埚真空感应熔炼炉进行熔炼;锻造:将合金铸锭进行等温单步轴向锻造,将铸锭在电阻炉中于1050℃保温后取出转运到锻造设备上进行热锻造,变形量为76.7%,锻造后空冷至室温。该发明制备的钛合金金的高强度高延伸率。
