Abstract:

一种裂纹轮齿啮合刚度计算的方法,利用SolidWorks建立精确的齿轮模型,再利用有限元求解裂纹轮齿的应力分布。沿着轮齿的应力分布较大的区域画出曲线,以曲线为边界,定义轮齿出现裂纹时的有效厚度。将新方法定义的有效厚度加入到裂纹轮齿啮合刚度的计算中,并整合故障及无故障轮齿的刚度,求解整个啮合周期的刚度变化图形。本方法用曲线定义轮齿对有效厚度,替代了应用广泛的直线。对比直线方法下计算的啮合刚度,本方法显示了更高的精度,证明了本方法计算啮合刚度时的准确性。
