Abstract:
一种用于造纸烘缸的铁基涂层材料及其涂层的制备方法,属于材料加工工程中的热喷涂领域。所述的粉芯成分质量百分含量范围如下:金属铬粉:45‑54%;硼铁粉:13‑33%;稀土硅铁粉:5‑20%;碳化硼粉:8‑20%;电解锰粉:2‑9%。按一定质量比混合均匀后轧制成丝材。粉芯丝材外皮所用带材为430不锈钢带;粉芯丝材填充率:28‑32%。用电弧喷涂制备具有较高热导率的铁基涂层时,喷涂工艺采取:电压28‑34V;电流180‑220A;喷涂距离180‑220mm;压缩空气压力0.4‑0.6MPa。本发明可获得热导率较高、表面粗糙度较低以及硬度较高的铁基涂层。
