Abstract:

一种聚醚砜基复合正渗透膜的制备方法,涉及膜分离领域。方法包括:将聚醚砜、聚乙二醇溶解在溶剂中;将铸膜液涂覆在低温玻璃板上;将铸膜液在玻璃板上静置,铸膜液发生热致相分离;最后将玻璃板浸入水中脱除溶剂等步骤。制备后的基膜采用界面聚合法制备聚酰胺分离层,将基膜依次浸入质量分数为1.0‑4.0wt%的间苯二胺‑水溶液和0.05‑0.2wt%的均苯三甲酰氯‑正己烷溶液中,最后在60℃热处理300s,即得到聚醚砜基复合正渗透膜。本发明制备的聚醚砜基复合正渗透膜具有较高的亲水性及孔隙率,同时断面为贯通的指状结构。复合膜性能测试表明,本发明所制备的复合膜膜具有较高的渗透通量和截留率。
