Abstract：
一种含铝高硼高速钢及其制备方法，属于耐磨材料技术领域。使用中频感应电炉熔炼，采用质量分数45～48％的Q235废钢、34～37％的W6Mo5Cr4V2Al高速钢废料、2.5～2.8％的硼铁、6.2～6.5％的碳素铬铁、1.8～2.2％的稀土硅铁和6.6～7.0％的多元铝铁合金配料，经熔炼、铸造和热处理后，具有优良的力学性能和高温耐磨性能，在高温磨损工况下具有良好的使用效果，推广应用本发明成果具有显著的经济和社会效益。
