一种拉伸法调谐波长的固体随机激光器,该激光器包括柔性基底硅胶片、固化后的聚二甲基硅氧烷薄层、银纳米线和罗丹明;所述银纳米线和罗丹明分散在固化后的聚二甲基硅氧烷薄层中,所述固化后的聚二甲基硅氧烷薄层覆盖在柔性基底硅胶片上。所述罗丹明为R6G。所述银纳米线平均长度约10um,平均直径约70nm。采用银纳米线做为散射颗粒的同时,其表面会形成局域表面等离激元共振增强现象,进一步增强随机激光。采用机械拉伸的方式,实现了随机激光器输出波长的调谐,具有快速、便捷的特点。
