Abstract:

一种基于概率累积损伤的疲劳寿命实时预测方法,该方法基于概率累积损伤的疲劳寿命实时预测系统实现,该系统包括传感器模块、信号采集系统、滤波模块以及改进的雨流计数模块;信号采集系统与被测对象传感器模块连接,采集载荷变化量;滤波模块与信号采集系统连接,对采集信号中无效波进行有效滤除;雨流计数模块与滤波模块连接,对采集的有效信号进行循环提取与计数,输出当前应力幅值以及对应的循环次数,并计算出当前寿命损耗。该计数方法适用于曲轴、汽轮机转子、地铁车辆转向架、风力机叶片等旋转构件疲劳寿命预测,还可预测风光储能发电系统、离网型复合能源系统中储能系统的使用寿命,应用范围广。
