Abstract:

用于炉管积碳层检测的非线性超声谐振谱方法,搭建炉管积碳层非线性超声谐振检测系统;截取示波器上激励信号之后一定长度的回波信号,扫频获取被测试件的基波及二次谐波谐振谱,从中选取探头中心频率附近谐振模态所对应的频率段作为检测频率范围;改变激励电压水平,分别获取检测频率段内相应的基波及二次谐波谐振频率偏移规律图;根据不同激励电压水平下谐振频率的相对偏移量拟合一条直线,用该直线的斜率作为非线性系数来反映被测试件在不同激励电压水平下谐振频率的偏移程度;对具有不同积碳层厚度的试件进行检测,获取各自谐振频率的相对偏移量,进而利用二次谐波谐振频率的相对偏移量来检测评价积碳层厚度。
