Abstract:

一种荷电TiO2/聚电解质复合纳滤膜及制备方法与应用,属于膜分离技术领域。首先使基膜表面具有荷电性,以便与聚电解质发生静电作用;然后通过交替沉积阴阳聚电解质,静电层层自组装方法来制备得到复合纳滤膜。本发明所采用的无机纳米颗粒为经改性的荷负电/正电TiO2纳米粒子,因TiO2具有良好的光催化性能、亲水性等优点,将其与层层自组装结合制备出TiO2/聚电解质复合纳滤膜,操作简便,是一种绿色制备方法,并且所制得的含有TiO2的复合纳滤膜层有很好的亲水性和荷电性,具有良好的抗污性能,且其复合膜结构均匀,可同时用于去除废水中Ni2+等二价金属离子及二甲基酚橙、铬黑T等染料分子具有良好的应用效果。
