Abstract:
一种Sc、Zr复合微合金化的Al‑6Mg‑0.4Mn合金的双级均匀化退火工艺,属于有色金属技术领域。Sc、Zr复合微合金化的Al‑6Mg‑0.4Mn合金各组分的质量百分含量分别为Mg5.5%~6.5%,Mn0.4%~0.5%,Zr0.1%~0.15%,Sc0.04%~0.1%不可避免杂质含量<0.4%,余量为Al,步骤为:Sc、Zr复合微合金化的Al‑6Mg‑0.4Mn合金经300‑350℃(3‑12h)低温析出退火后,再进行475±10℃(3‑24h)高温均匀化退火。该工艺通过双级均匀化处理达到均匀化目的的同时,也使得第二相粒子弥散析出,力学性能提高,且这些粒子钉扎位错和亚晶界的运动,提高再结晶温度,为后续的稳定化退火奠定基础。
