Abstract:

一种铁钛铌/聚偏氟乙烯高介电复合材料及其制备方法,属于介电复合材料制备技术领域。按一定体积比分别称取铁钛铌和聚偏氟乙烯粉体,先把聚偏氟乙烯加入N, N‑二甲基甲酰胺中超声,并加热搅拌,使聚偏氟乙烯完全融入N, N‑二甲基甲酰胺中;然后把铁钛铌粉体加入聚偏氟乙烯中超声搅拌,把得到的悬浊液倒入玻璃皿中,烘干。把铁钛铌/聚偏氟乙烯复合薄膜放入热压模具中,用粉末压片机进行压片,即可得到铁钛铌/聚偏氟乙烯高介电复合材料。本发明方法制备的铁钛铌/聚偏氟乙烯电介质复合材料同时具有较高的介电常数和较好的加工性能,特别适用于嵌入式电容器等电子器件。同时,本发明操作方法简单,制备周期短,能耗和成本低,污染少。
