Abstract:

非热等离子体强化尿素‑SCR脱除柴油车尾气中NOx的系统,属于柴油机尾气排放污染物控制技术领域。本实用新型在柴油机排气管尿素喷入点之后、SCR脱硝反应器之前设置非热等离子体/催化反应器,其中非热等离子体借助填充式介质阻挡放电产生,填充的放电介质为具有催化尿素分解活性的催化剂,在柴油机排气温度较低(100~200℃)时启动放电产生非热等离子体以强化尿素的催化分解以及预氧化尾气中部分NO,有效解决了柴油机冷启动、怠速(市区行驶)以及低负荷运行时尿素分解不彻底、SCR脱硝效率低的问题,实现了在宽排气温度窗口(100~550℃)内高效脱除柴油车尾气中的NOx。
