Abstract:

一种气电脉冲联合作用的非熔化极焊接方法属于焊接方法领域。本发明特征:非熔化极焊接电源内的电流以脉冲的形式进行变化,通过气流波形控制器、气流控制执行单元,结合电流脉冲波形,实现对所需调制的气路气流量的控制。通过对气、电联合控制,使气、电脉冲联合作用,从而实现对焊缝成形及质量的改善。这种焊接方法不仅极大的提高了气、电的切合度,改善了非熔化极焊接工艺,而且通过这种方法有助于改善焊缝成形,有利于提升焊缝质量。
