Abstract:

一种Al‑Er‑Hf合金及其热处理工艺,属于合金技术领域。所述合金为在纯铝基体加入重量百分比为:0.12~0.25%Er,0.45%~1.2%Hf。该合金固溶时效处理工艺包括以下步骤:首先在635±10℃固溶处理24~48h后水淬至室温;然后将固溶合金在150~(425‑600)℃之间每隔25℃等时时效3h;或将固溶态合金在350℃进行等温时效处理。本发明采用了Er、Hf复合微合金化,合金不但具有显著的时效强化效果,而且同时具备良好的高温热稳定性能;相对Al‑Er合金提高了时效强化效果和高温耐热性能,相对Al‑Hf合金则使得其时效析出过程明显加速。
