Abstract:

本发明公开一种超级电容器用四氧化三钴氮掺杂碳纳米管复合电极材料及其制备方法,所述电极材料包括集流体,原位复合负载于所述集流体上的氮掺杂碳纳米管以及包覆在氮掺杂碳纳米管表面的四氧化三钴。与现有技术比,本发明的超级电容器性能有大幅提升,在10A/g的电流密度下放电容量高达2800F/g,远高于已见报道的同类材料在10A/g电流密度下的1471F/g,并且本发明成本低,方法简单,产率高,有望在超级电容器领域拥有广泛的应用。
