Abstract:

一种NiO/rGO复合电致变色薄膜的制备方法,属于功能材料技术领域。采用热注入法制备出的NiO纳米晶溶于适量的正己烷中形成溶液,再加入适量所制备的还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)分散液,超声分散后充分搅拌得到稳定的溶液。然后采用提拉法制备NiO/rGO复合电致变色薄膜。本发明配制的溶液比较稳定,可以用于制备NiO/rGO电致变色薄膜,工艺简单,可重复性高,而且其所制备的薄膜具有良好的电致变色性能和光学性能,为发展绿色环保、低成本、高变色性能的NiO电致变色薄膜技术提供新思路,可促进电致变色材料及智能窗产业化快速发展。
