Abstract:

一种酸解残渣制备低温脱硝催化材料的方法属于环境材料,环境催化及环境保护领域。本发明以硫酸法生产钛白的酸解残渣为原料,采用沉淀法,加入锰盐,添加氨水或双氧水制备脱硝催化材料的制备方法。所述的催化材料制备方法采用工业废渣,废物资源化利用;制备的脱硝催化材料成本低,工艺简单,流程短,适用于工业化生产;低温脱硝活性高,在120℃~260℃脱硝率高达90%以上。本发明不仅解决了酸解残渣堆存对环境的潜在危害,保护了环境,制得的低温、高活性脱硝催化材料,更带来巨大的社会效益。
