Abstract：
一种提高含Zn、Er铝镁合金耐蚀性能的稳定化热处理工艺，属于有色金属技术领域，主要应用于舰船行业，它解决了高镁铝合金板材室温下长期服役耐蚀性能差的问题。含Zn、Er铝镁合金板材，其各组分质量百分比含量分别为Mg5.4‐6.6%，Mn0.51%，Zn0.79%，Er0.20%，Zr0.18%，不可避免杂质≤0.15%，余量为Al。合金热轧板经中间退火后进行冷轧，变形量为60%，成品厚度为4mm；对上述冷轧板进行220℃‐240℃稳定化退火，保温时间2h‐8h，水冷至室温。该工艺旨在保证合金强度的同时，显著改善合金的耐蚀性能。
