Abstract:
一种Er、Zr复合微合金化Al Zn Mg Cu合金的均匀化热处理工艺,属于金属合金材料技术领域。合金成分为Zn 7.2~8.2%、Mg 2.0~3.0%、Cu 0.4~0.8%、Mn 0.2~0.5%、Er 0.1~0.15%、Zr 0.1~0.15%、不可避免杂质≤0.3,余量为Al的铝合金铸锭的均匀化处理工艺。单级均匀化处理工艺:450~490℃保温2~48h;双级均匀化处理工艺:于400℃保温6~10h, 再于470℃保温24~48h。本发明可以消除合金铸态组织的缺陷,提高合金组织均匀性和热加工性能,同时能够促进合金中Al3(Er, Zr)耐热弥散相的析出和生长,有助于提高合金在热加工过程的再结晶抗力以及抑制变形晶粒长大。
