Abstract：
一种综合性能优异的高温钛合金棒材及其制备工艺，属于钛基合金技术领域。该合金成分的重量百分比组成：Al : 5.4 5.6％, Sn : 3.0 3.3％，Zr : 5.3 5.5％，Mo : 0.5 0.6％，Nb : 0.8 1％，Si : 0.4 0.5％，Ta：0.9 1.0％，Er : 0.1 0.3％，余量为Ti和不可避免杂质。采用锻造工艺制备合金棒材，锻造的开坯温度在1100℃～1150℃，最终精锻温度分别在970℃～1000℃和1000℃～1050℃。本发明提供了一种室温、高温综合性能优异的新型高温钛合金，展现出优异的服役性能并进一步提高了高温钛合金的使用温度，在工程领域具有广阔的应用前景。
